- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the Billing section of your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Can I try it before paying?
- Yes — sign up and spin up a free sandbox test environment to explore the agents and MCP before going live. No credit card required for the sandbox.
- How does Team per-seat billing work?
- Team is billed per active seat. As you invite or remove members your subscription quantity updates automatically with proration — you only pay for the seats you use.
- What currency am I billed in?
- Billing is processed in AUD via Stripe. The currency selector on this page converts prices using foreign exchange (forex) rates for reference only, rounded to the nearest whole unit; the amount charged is in AUD.
- Are prices inclusive of tax?
- No. Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g., GST for Australian customers). Tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, during which you can export it. After 90 days it is permanently deleted.
